We're thrilled that you're interested in joining us for our upcoming trip! To ensure smooth planning, please complete this registration form only if you're fully committed to participating. Spaces for the trip will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon submitting the form, within 24 hours you will receive an email confirming receipt of your registration form including a link to make your initial deposit. Note: your spot is not reserved until you have made your deposit.

As this is an international trip, it's essential to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least six months after our travel dates. Many countries enforce entry regulations that require passports to remain valid for 3-6 months beyond the intended stay.

After receiving your deposit, we'll follow up to share more trip news and gather additional necessary travel information, such as passport details, contact information, emergency contacts, etc. This data will solely be utilized for hotel bookings and facilitating effective communication in the lead-up to the trip. For those opting for shared accommodations, you'll also receive our roommate questionnaire to assist in pairing girls up.

By registering, you acknowledge that you've reviewed the trip details and understand the trip inclusions and exclusions as well as the terms, conditions, and cancellation policy. You may also need to apply for an EU travel visa for this trip.  The EU travel visa has been in the works for years and continues to be pushed back, but currently is set to roll out sometime in mid 2025.  We will be watching for any updates and make sure that we share any updates with registered travelers, but if it is in place for our travel dates, the VISA is expected to be an easy application and only cost $7.50.  You can read more at the ETIAS website.
